Hypothetically someone could claim to want to build a new community funded stadium for the fans of a hypothetical football club costing several million.

They may then start planning for this but fail to raise the money from the public. Well says hypothetical person 'I tried but the community failed to come up with the money for a community owned stadium'.

' Aha' says hypothetical person, 'the community may have failed to raise the money but it just so happens that we can still build the stadium as I know some people from a private consortium who are willing to invest in a stadium'.

The hypothetical and synical fans say 'Why whats in it for them?'

Well says hypothetical person, 'We tried to buy before but a hypothetical organisation refused to sell the hypothetical stadium to the hypothetical consortium because they had suspicions about the cleanliness of the hypothetical money but now we are having another go, it will be great for you fans as we are going to plough lots of money into the team as well and shoot up the leagues.....but dont blame us when it all goes belly up again as part of the hypothetical plan is to get the money out again once its been through the wash'.

Goodness can you imagine that happening to some poor (hypothetical) football club and thier poor fans, it would be awful and leave them in tatters. It's a damn good job it couldn't happen to our once proud club!

When JR is "going to cover the costs not met by the assistance fund" and "going to pay the CVA if a court case (against the administrator) fails, where will that (substantiial to say the least) amount of money actually come from?
