To return to the topic of the email, I think the emails sent out on behalf of "Fans of Northwich Vicoria FC" were ill advised, poorly constructed and unprofessional. Certainly innapropriate for a Communication and Development officer to be associated with. Also the point about a "Buisness arrangement between three multinational companies" implying wrongdoing in the sale of the VS and surrounding land was dangerous.

When Jim refused to sign the lease that screwed up Thor's plans and they are now stuck with a stadium and complicated planning laws. This is also why Hewitt hates Jim Rushe.

Or maybe it was something to do with how rude and disrespectful Jim was towards Dave Hewitt and I don't think you've helped the situated with your threats towards him either

Oh grow up. Hewitt doesn't care about Northwich Victoria FC, or it's fan's or the Town for that matter and he wants Northwich Victoria FC out of business.

What I am starting to worry about is the lack of anger from you and your 20-30 mates on here to what Thor have done.

The 60 plus people at the meeting last week were very angry with how their club had been dealt with and some of the people there were Trust members.

What has been done so far is nothing compared to what is going to happen over the next few weeks with Thor through the actions of the supporters of Northwich Victoria FC.

People are already sending e-mails to Mr Hewitt telling him of their anger and a petition is getting set up to match the one already done by the Junior section in February.

You just don't get it do you. You and the other 20-30 on here are not the majority of Northwich Victoria Supporters and you will see that over the next few weeks as we see how Thor react to the opinion of Northwich Victoria FC Fans.

It is Hewitt that has shown no respect for anyone especially the Trust, stringing them along the way he has. He has no intention of doing anything for them he just used the Trust as they said they were the voice of the Vics. So he could keep Jim Rushe out of the picture.

Well now he is going to see how loud the real voice of Northwich Victoria FC is when all the supporters get together and take him on directly.

You could get involved but you would probably think we were picking on him!

Dear Mr McNally,

Whilst your time and effort taken to write the above post is appreciated, unfortunately the majority of people reading your post will ignore its content as they are confused about your credibility. This is a real shame for you but can be put right by simply answering the basic questions that you have blatantly ignored numerous times.

It seems that you have appointed yourself as Communications Officer for the club, a position of responsibility which, according to you, makes you spokes person for the fans and involves being responsible for large amounts of money that will be donated by fans and local business.

Under normal circumstances, you would have been either been appointed by someone, who we would have to trust knows your background and experience and applied the appropriate checks or you would have been democratically voted into this position and had your background and suitability scrutinized.

The fact is that we do not know whether you’re a suitable for the position in terms of experience, skills and personal character, as we know very little about you.

The fact that you have been asked numerous times and ignored the questions leads many to assume that you have may have something to hide. This is not because people have anything against you it is just human nature to speculate when people avoid basic questions.

It is standard practice when appointing any person to a position of such responsibility, to verify their background.

As you want to speak for us and manage our money, until you provide such information, you can not complain if people question your credibility, give you no respect and disregard your posts.

I therefore respectfully ask that you provide the following information, there is nothing been asked here that you would not be asked for on any job application:

1.
Is Steve McNally your real name?

2.
Is Steve McNally the name on your Birth certificate?

3.
What schools, higher education establishments did you attend, the dates attended and qualifications gained?

4.
Please provide a list of previous employments with dates including an explanation of what you were doing during any gaps between employments

5. Please provide an explanation of what experience and skills you have and why you are appropriate for the role you have nominated yourself into

6.
Details of any previous criminal convictions [state none if applicable]

7.
Please provide three upstanding members of the community who are prepared to provide personal character references that substantiate the above

None of these questions are any different from the questions that we have all had to answer on numerous occasions and that you would expect to be asked. If I put myself forward for an employment or local community project where I speak for people and handle money I would fully expect and be prepared to provide these details.

Therefore I cannot see how you can justify not answering them seeing as you claim to speak for us and want to manage large amounts of fans and community money.

Until such time as you do so, I recommend that all of your posts are ignored and this post used as a standard response to remind people that you have evaded these basic questions numerous times and therefore have offered no credentials to convince people that anything you say is worth listening to.

Look forward to your response

I have not appointed myself to represent you or manage large amounts of fan and community money therefore my details Are irrelevant

If you like I will supply a name and some details just like ''Steve McNally" has.

My name is Stefan Petschnig and I am an events organiser!

But you have about as much idea whether that is true as you have about mr McNally.

Thats is the point.

Personally speaking I don't think that it is unreasonable to establish an individuals bonafides and personal history particularly if that individual is intending to raise monies and represent an organisation.
I would consider it to be Common sense.

Agree with this.

My name is not in my profile Big John (however several people know who I am and if you were bothered enough it is easy to find out). I'm not planning to look after £4 million+ of other peoples money though so does it really matter?
