The post is just to confirm to all the arrangements for this Saturday's meeting.

Venue is Winnington Park Recreation Club.

It kicks off at 3pm with an open meeting to which all Vics fans are invited to attend. The second part shall be a Trust Members only event.

The Chairman of the Football Club, Jim Rushe, has been invited to attend the 'Open' session and answer questions direct from the floor. If Jim cannot make it, then we hope to be able to provide fans with his response to the open letter that supporters asked us to write to him at our last 'open' meeting on Thursday 3 May.

Following this, The Trust will give all present an update as to recent developments from our perspective as well as providing an opportunity for supporters to question us directly.

At the conclusion of the first part of the meeting, we will ask everyone present to leave the room and then ask that Trust Members to re-enter so that their membership creditentials can be confirmed.

The main purpose of the Trust Members only meeting will be;

i) For Members to ask us questions regarding the Business Plan.
ii)For the Board to seek a mandate from members regarding our future course of action.

All Members who have indicated that they wish to be contacted by e-mail should have received a copy of the Business Plan, some background information and a copy of the resolution earlier tonight. Those Members who chose to recive their communication via surface mail should do so by Wednesday.

As ever, members who cannot attend personally will be given the opportunity to vote on the resolution through 'electronic' methods or to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Postal / e-mail votes will be accepted up to 10am on Saturday 19th May 2012.

Any resolutions that members wish to submit or amendments to the resolution proposed by the Trust Board will be accepted up to 3pm on Thursday 17th May. This will enable us to allow time to communicate with Trust Members who are not able to attend and obtain their view as to if / how they wish to vote.

Finally, in order to be eligible to vote at Saturday's meeting, you will need to have joined the Trust by 12 noon on Friday 18th May.
