Just to let you know that we are planning to hold the next Trust meeting on Saturday 19 May.

The reason we have elected to stage the meeting on a Saturday is that it will give an opprtunity for those many loyal Vics fans who live away from the town the chance to travel up and have their say.

Exact venue and agenda will be issued after the Board meeting this Wednesday.

We will also be considering the format of the meeting on Wednesday - i.e. whether it is to be Trust members only meeting, an 'open' meeting or a two-stage meeting with one for Trust members only, another for all fans.

I have the feeling that this could turn out to be an historic meeting for the future of having a football club in the town of Northwich in deciding on which direction we now need to take. Will we be having a proper vote by ballot if we are to be asked to take some some important decisions, such as now starting up a new club? Should the Supporters Trust take out an advert in the Northwich Guardian to more widely publicise the next meeting if it is open to all?

At the Trust meeting to be held on Saturday 19th May 2012 only Trust members will be able to vote on what may be an historic occasion.

The present membership is 159 and how nice it would be if we could get the additional members to exceed 200 by Saturday.
