So I will look forward with interest to your vote tonight and whatever else comes out from your private meeting prior to the open forum.

The reason I say this is you appear to have a meeting to vote and discuss the issues then have another meeting to get the backing of other people not allowed into the first meeting. So I will await the result but it won't change the direction of the plans we have put in place and continue to work on.

Do you actually have any idea what this vote that you're so looking forward to will decide?

Well based on all the posts on this forum I believe it is to get the ok to start the new club up.

You have all already picked the kits, the league you are playing in and who will do the fund raising and also decided the present club is no longer viable. Therefore anyone looking at this web site for the first time would come to the same conclusion as I have that you want to start a new club. All from posts/threads on this site.

Unless of course you have all decided to change your minds and this has all been 'Just in case' the present club fails. If that is the case you will be waiting a long time for this club to fold.

Either have the conviction to get on with starting a new Club or don't do it.

I said before the last meeting you need to change some of your board not start a new club and based on some of the abuse aimed at Jim Rushe , myself and even Colin by members of this forum and Trust board you really need to look at the direction of the Trust and this forum as they are in charge of it. There again that is just my opinion.

I would point out as well Colin has been singled out for abuse from even a board member on this forum so considering the guy raised apparently over £1500 for this Trust he deserves some sort of apology tonight from the board who run this forum.

I don't expect one and I doubt Jim would either but there again we didn't raise money for this Trust.

The posts on this forum are a good indicator of fan opinion, but they don't indicate every view and the meeting tonight is designed for ALL fans to attend so we can attempt to come up with some sort of agreement to the future direction of this football club. Trust members pay for the privilege to vote and the board don't make a decision without their backing.

A lot has been discussed about the new club and I think it's correct to be prepared, there is no doubt that with all the news in recent weeks more fans have taken on to the idea of a phoenix club and that maybe it would be appropriate for the Trust to change what they previously said about backing the current club and going ahead with a new one. I'm sure we will find out the general consensus at the meeting tonight.

I personally don't see how the current club have much of a future with all the outstanding debts to pay off to local businesses/creditors, imminent threats of a winding up order and no ground to play within the town's proximity.

Jim Rushe has also not been slagged off, most of it has been constructive criticism and fully justified comments from fans fed up of the way this club is being ran. Even if he has been slagged off, he fully deserves it for the mess he has got us in and the total disregard he has shown to the local community and to the opinions of concerned fans.

Colin has not helped himself, he has been a fantastic fan over the years, but when you come on the forum with comments like his that quite simply aren't logical and designed to wind people up, then you are only going to get one response. There has been far more abuse from the blinkered bridgade, as proven in the FC United match.

The mission of your last post was to try and put pressure on the Trust who know exactly what they are doing and try and divert the attention towards any so called abuse, rather than positive discussions about the future of football in this town. Most will see through you thankfully.

Steve McNally appearing out of the blue, calling himself a 'Communications Officer' and talking to some football fans in a social club a couple of times, no more makes a "Supporters' Club" magically exist than me sticking my fist up my bottom magically makes me become a glove-puppet.

No constitution? No rule book? No mandate? No structure? No democratic process? No elections? No bank account? No poof of membership? No list of active members? No previous minuted meetings? = No "Supporters Club". It's just a man doing some talking.

The only credibility that this pretend "Supporters Club" has is when people call it a "Supporters Club". It isn't. It's Steve McNally in a social club talking, Steve McNally on the internet writing.

That's it.
