Just to add further tension Andy Simpson tweeted 12 minutes ago that JR was hearing the verdict as he typed. So either way, not long now it would seem.

Well if the news is to come directly from Rushe, we'll be the last to find out as we're at the bottom of the pecking order. However I can bet if Rushe has won the appeal there's one fan we can all rely on not to keep his gob shut.
