I think that the problem is far closer to home.

Would everyone agree that if we don't learn from history we continue to make the same mistakes?

Given the history I wonder how many people who still believe Rushe can take the club forward positively will actually back him WITH THEIR OWN MONEY?

It is quite easy to back him when someone else is paying. Putting your own money in requires TRUST.

I suspect we won't be long in finding out.

So some fans want the club run by people that can talk the talk but not walk the walk, it seems to me that some fans want everything handed to them on a plate without having to work for it, take the easy option.

Why, why, why is it so easy for some fans to follow and believe in a proven compulsive liar, deceiver and debtor rather than looking at the proof, analysing the information and coming to a logical desicion, why? "Because Jim has always treated me well, he's nice to me".

For this club to move forward would take a miracle and that miracle is Rushe relinquishing part ownership of the club but that's never going to happen, eventhough Rushe and the club are at it lowest and weakest position in its 138 year history.

i think JR has done good for this club, assembling this brilliant team we have currently, and kept us going for a few years despite personal problems. but now is time for the fans to have power, its us who suffer when things go t*ts up! its our money that goes up in smoke.

Without the Supporters Trust making up the difference from the money raised by Supporters (across all divides I'll grant you) we wouldn't have been able to pay AFCT and York what we owed. We wouldn't have had the recent FA Cup (and probably Trophy) memories to enjoy, because the FA would've barred us, and quite rightly so.
