Re: New Members 1 year 1 month ago #94954

I shall re-join the Trust very shortly - have meant to for a while, but the latest chapter has certainly brought things to a head.
Would like to think I could help (time-wise) in some capacity too

Firstly 'Thank you' to all those who have joined the Trust today.

I am in the process of putting the Volunteering form on the Home Page, as I can't add it here.

Alternativley, if you just want to email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , we are maintinaing a Volunteers register. We just need to know what you want to do and how much time you have to spare. All assistance will be welcome, whether that is in fundraising, helping us prepare business plans and the community share scheme, working on any new ground or helping with the running of a community club.

Thank you to those who have already volunteered, we will be in contact soon.

Just sent a rather long "reader's letter" to the Guardian, in the hope they'll print it. If they gave space to the redoubtable Mike Talbot-Butler maybe they'll give some to a distant fan.

Anyway, writing it made me feel a bit better.

Just joined the Trust as I hope many others will do. Sadly live too far away to give any practical help but will be following the Trust's progress, wishing them luck in preserving this once great club. My grandparents and parents would be turning over in their graves if they'd known about Vics demise!

is the trust going to make a statement saying that they are definitely going to start a new club sometime in the future if they did more fans would be willing to donate to the trust as then they know for certain where the money would be going
