Interestingly enough - but not all that surprising - the NWCLs rules are the same as those of the Evostick Rules relating to non-payment of the CVA.

Does this mean that even if Vics found themselves relegated to the NWCL they wouldn't be permitted to become members? Or couldn't they be punished twice for what effectively is the same offence?

I *think* the FA's League committee can only reccommend which league clubs are allocated to. The Leagues own board then have to decide whether the club can be approved or not. There is a real possibility that NVFC would be booted all the way down to the Cheshire league if JR decides to keep going.

“I’m determined to continue rebuilding the club from the bottom up.”

Lets examine this rebuilding which, apparently, is an ongoing objective:
forced relegations, 10-point deductions, thrown out of the Conference and the Northern Premier League, alleged financial irregularities, losing our stadium, playing in front of the smallest home gates in the club's history, non-payment of CVA, no shirt sponsor, no commercial income, a torrid reputation in football and the local business community, desperately unhappy fans, spiralling debt (presumably).

Well one can only say, good job with the continuing rebuilding. The most unforgivable thing is that each time there is a crisis, it has been the first we have heard about it. If fans had been asked for help we might still have a ground and a viable football club.

"I am determined to continue with this historic voyage", said Captain Edward Smith 100 years ago to the day. "What happened next?" said Sue Barker.

Looking on the bright side, I started watching Vics in the Cheshire League, so not much has changed then!

Surely they would have to see evidence that the CVA is being paid or the ability to do so. How will 'the club' be able to pay £2500 a month and the running costs of the club on NWCL income?
