Am I missing something? Unless JR pays the CVA none of your plans (realistic or not) will ever happen. You have never once referenced the CVA and what intends to be done about it. You can't just ignore it.[/quote]

I dont think you are missing anything. Surely in NVN's statement this will cover the CVA Money

Fund 1

Assistance fund.

This fund has been set up and will be to assist the club in paying weekly costs over the present income due to the loss of the stadium. The supporters Club secretary will co-ordinate the income to this fund and distribute it to the club through the constant passage of information between him and the owner of the club.

If the assistant fund can not fulfill the shortfall at any time the owner will continue to fund that as he does now. Every attempt will be made to bring in the neccessary funds to help the club until the new stadium is built. When the new stadium is built this fund will end.

A bank account has now been set up by the Supporters Club and more information will be distributed for donations to be sent in and how. The supporters will help the owner to keep the club financially secure until the supporters get the stadium built. That is what the partnership is for.

What is your role in all this?

What is in it for you?

What is your background?

What professional qualifications do you hold? Business, engineering, customer relations etc etc

What other projects have you been involved in, that follow the same scale and timeline?

When will the Northwich Victoria Supporters Club be formed?

Will the NVJFC chairman be chairing the new Supporters Club?

Can you stop using bullet points, which is what you kept pulling me up on.

I have watched all of you tonight, revelling in the situation.

The first rule in business and life is not to react on emotions so I have put this thread back at the top of the pile and I will be back in the morning to make some comments.

What I will say at the moment is I stand by what is in the statement at the beginning of this thread.

As I have every faith that the Official Supporters Club will also stand by the statement and it's content.

See you all in the morning. Just before the emergency session so the board can have something to think about.

You sound really miffed.

Thanks for one thing at least - with the new transparency all Vics fans can now see right through Mr Rushe. It's been an enormous help.

Anyway, off to bed you go if you have things to do early in the morning.

Night night

If you check the rules to the NWCL it says that you need to prove funds are available for the next twelve months, a fund into which People/businesses may or may not donate to is hardly proof

I'm sure one of the many rules of business is not to react to emotions but I'd also bet another of them would be to read the rules and regulations of what is it you business is in?

Your move
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
