Therefore, they are proposing to create a new, community owned club that is run in a, sustainable, transparent and democratic manner, owned by its community and not one individual.

To support this objective, they intend to publish a detailed business plan. This will set out how it will be possible to establish a club that will provide a positive image of the town, have a stable financial base, strong community involvement, substantial local business support and a more engaged fan base......

Reading this, I believe the trust are changing to run a club, with the intention of nvfc without JR either he leaves knowing he can't financially back the club or he's forced out

It does not say a new phoenix club

it does not say its not going to either

They will be starting a new club with a new name as I have mentioned on other posts. The only way Jim Rushe will not own NVFC is if it folds which I don't believe will happen.

I know a few people on this forum don't want it pointed out but the change in rules of your trust will start about the financial rules but that is designed to allow the set up of a new club with share ownership. Not to take over a club that has not gone into administration.
